Provide clear references If the character doesn't have any picture yet, you can write a description of your character and include reference pictures.

I will be sharing work in progress stories and the final illustration on my social media apps unless commissioner requests to keep it private.

I have the right to reject a commission if I can’t do it/ think it’s inappropriate.

Once I recieve your request I will get back to you with in 24-72 hours with the final price of your commission for approval.

When I start I will send you a sketch of your commission and once clear and commissioner is satisfied with it, I will continue on working.

Any changes/ adjustments should be requested in the [sketch phase] any changes requested after so will be for extra fee.

Your commission will be completed within 1 - 2 weeks. This depends on many factors such as: number of commission orders, complexity, health or family issues. However, If any of the things stated occurs you will be notified with the estimated time it might take.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.

Make money/sell off the artwork in any way.

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Use the artwork for commercial works.

Use my art in any AI generated content.

I am allowed to cancel & refund the money for your commission at anytime.

You have the right to cancel the commission IF I haven't started on the work, if sketch is made I will refund you only 50% of the final charge.
